PAINTING ROOM

painting room is a ventilated and possibly heated room allowing painters to work in hygienic and safe conditions in accordance with the standards of their country.

The Paint Room is a room designed to spray layers of liquid paint, varnish, or glue onto a specific surface. Its use meets safety standards, as it protects against the risks of fire, explosion, and even poisoning. Equipped with a ventilation system, it protects painters from respiratory illnesses.

Using a paint room is very effective at controlling the air and fuel mixture. It also limits the risk of spreading hazardous and volatile substances. This makes it easier to prevent fires. The industrial paint room is useful for quickly painting various parts and objects.

The Industrial Paint Room serves as a workspace for performing various types of painting. Its surface area varies depending on the needs of users. However, its average width is between 2 m and 6 m. This surface area is ideal for carrying out all operations. Painters can move around easily.

Equipped with an air filtration system, the industrial paint booth performs two functions: the first step is to spray paint onto the object. The water in the paint must then be allowed to evaporate. This phase is known as “flash-off.”

When the paint is completely dry, it will be time to proceed with baking and cooling. These two operations are essential for the paint to harden. A temperature of 60°C is required to achieve satisfactory results. If these conditions are not met, the paint may flake more easily. Cooling, meanwhile, is the final phase that completes the painting session.
